1. We are reviewing the Sample Edu Issues List to identify edu requests
2. We will move those edu requests to issues with some edu issue tagging. https://docs.github.com/en/issues/using-labels-and-milestones-to-track-work/managing-labels
3. We will use the support ladder to route support requests.
4. Issues get groomed towards scheduled ahead by 3 weeks. SUNDAYS
5. Edu teams will test those support request routes.
6. Paige needs to start to build edu teams.
7. Jeremy needs to start to build web and data tech teams.
8. Only then can we start to smooth out how those two teams can collaborate.
