Crucial issue is what needs to be done async vs what needs to be done in sync. No distinctions between web app dev (polylingo) and database design (pilotlingo) reflected in your project. Issue labels are paramount. They should not have your name in them. Milestones are missing.

web app support requests
web app training requests
web app feature requests
db design support requests
db design training requests
db design feature requests
errata reports
errata fix requests
edu support requests?
