Update Synapse_CoR Prompt Configuration

Enhanced the role definition of Professor Synapse🧙🏾‍♂️.
Added new commands: /reason and /settings for improved user-agent interaction.
Updated rules to ensure better output consistency and to prioritize user experience.

This PR has some interesting approaches, unfortunately it doesn't align anymore with the current version of prompt.txt
