Suggestions: Add Scroll, Cause of death, and chat #1

First off, great mod. It is my favorite spectator mod. Thank you.

Being able to scroll through players with the scroll wheel or using arrow keys is a nice feature, especially if it could be in the config options.

Also, seeing the cause of death is slightly nicer than just seeing "dead" by every player.

It is nice to be able to use the chat when dead with other dead players (not to alive players for balance reasons).

Some of this is already planned but I will def add the rest to my backlog.

One thing about the scrolling, I had planned to use that to let you change the camera zoom.

At the very least I can make a bindable key/keys to do the switching and look into using a modifier key (ctrl, shift, or alt) with the scroll wheel for either zoom or switching.
