USER STORY: Contact #18

"As a new user of this website, I want to quickly and easily be able to contact the artist if needed" -- A User

In addition to the visible/useable navbar on the landing page, a Contact Form on a Contact page fulfils this User Story.

Hey man,

So we need a contact form, fairly standard in terms of name, email, big text input area, submit button.

Cheeky bonus would be a necessary radio button for one of three options ("Business", "Media", "Fan") so this Bobby Jenkins character can filter his thousands of messages

Loving the contact page. Can't wait to merge it into main. I was about to close this issue but I'll leave you to close it once your happy with your contact form and you've pushed it to your branch!
