Fixed this by updating setup. Resolves #65 #66

mongoSetup.txt gets deleted in the install script currently. Make sure to delete that line if you want to keep mongoSetup.txt

Nah, that should be fine. The ignore line I added in setup helps in this case too (the install script will not result in git showing a deleted file if it is ignored).
