Add link to MediaWiki:AutomatedValues on Special:SpecialPages #11

@mzeinstra @digitaalwerktuig Since MediaWiki does not provide any hook points for Special:SpecialPages, we cannot sneak in a direct link. What could work however is adding a dummy special page, ie Special:AutomatedValues, that redirects to MediaWiki:AutomatedValues. Does that work for you?
