Update to Bootstrap 5.3.0 #67

As of now, the latest stable update to Bootstrap was 5.2.3. There's also an alpha version 5.3, but it's not a priority to include it, which can still be buggy.

@Keyacom Out of interest, what is your current use case? Do you use this extension with the Chameleon skin or with your own custom skin (or a different non-Chameleon skin)?

It shouldn't be difficult to replace this with Bootstrap 5.x in the currently unreleased 5.x branch, however if your intention is to use it with Chameleon then there will probably be some work involved on that side (I am not sure of the effort, since I haven't looked at that).

I think I'm going to make a skin (currently for development purposes) to be used in a localhosted wiki of mine that I'm using to test MediaWiki's capabilities.

With Bootstrap 5.3.0 being released a week ago I will start to look at this.
