Skin not loading (SetupAfterCache) #365

Hello! I'm trying to showcase this skin on skins.wmflabs.org but...

When I try and follow the setup instructions (MediaWiki 1.40) I run into the following error:

[006b02037fd6c13b226eccff] /wiki/Main_Page?useskin=chameleon Error: Skins\Chameleon\Hooks\SetupAfterCache::__construct(): Argument #2 ($configuration) cannot be passed by reference

This means this skin doesn't register for me.

After fresh install I can't replicate this. Not sure what happened and sorry for the noise!
