Why are lower roms not availvle in the v2 interface #2

I have ELS-NX9, C636R4, hisuite 610 with proxy v3.0.1,

1) if I use the v2 interface, but site (https://professorjtj.github.io/v2/) there is only 10.1.0.158. no lower version.

2) if I tried to use the old one (https://professorjtj.github.io/) by fetching individual base, cust, and preload for 10.1.0.114, hisuite always got update EMUI 12 instead of the old roll back version.

I am sure my hisuite 610 with proxy v3.0.1 is working properly, because I tried 1) and then I lost usb connection. but in 2), no rollback version option.

How could I flash the old firmware 10.1.0.114?

I managed to get 2) working, updated my thread in xda-developers. the computer DNS needs to be updated. i updated Ip/v4 DNS to 114.114.115.115

but the latest proxy should still support lower version roms to make end user less painful.
