Firm Finder Users Submissions improvement submission #4

Hello!

I find the Users Submissions page to be rather obscure: http://ffusersubmission.byethost17.com/?i=1

Although the text format example for each field is a good thing, two additions would make the form much more beginner-friendly:

  1. Naming each field
  2. Explaining/adding a link (to https://github.com/ProfessorJTJ/HISuite-Proxy/wiki/Complete-Guide − "Step 3 - Find your phone model:" maybe?) how to get the correct value for each field
