Added text for Roba's use case #32

This adds text for the case when the server publishing the representations is not profile aware and thus cannot add the approriate Link rel="" headers but negotiation server does that instead and refers to the content server using the Link anchor="" attribute

Since there were no more comments I merged the branch. Next step will be to submit the I-D to the IETF
