앱 정보는 ( appId, appName, companyName, 우선은 이 세가지 정보만 가짐)

앱 정보를 읽고, 쓰고, 지우고, 업데이트 하는 api는 test-storage 에 있음
test-storage 실행시키면 swagger로 restful api interface 확인할 수 있도록 하겠음
