Column totals (horizontal total) #137

Hi,

We have tried the version published in AppSource (1.0.5) as well as v2 and v3 but we are unable to find the Column Total option as described here.

We are unable to find the whole "Totals" group of settings.

Appreciate if we could be pointed at the version where this is feature is available.

Hi,

That feature is available in v2 and v3. Please follow these steps to use the visual:

Note that you have to register it as an org visual. Do not import it from file.

Hi Tore

We aren’t in the cloud yet, still working locally on pbix files.

Is there another way for us to properly install the visual within powerbi desktop?

No, there's no other way - that's how Power BI works, unfortunately. I'm pretty sure you have a Power BI admin portal, so I guess it depends on whether you have permissions to manage organizational visuals.

Hi Tore,

Seems like the "Organisation Visual" feature is not available on PowerBI Pro licenses and require Premium or Embedded. Could you please confirm this?

Org visuals are not supported in Power BI report server, if that's what you are referring to.

Closing this issue since there haven't been any activity on the thread recently, and there does not seem to be an issue with the visual.
