toresenneseth commented 3 years ago

Which browser are you using?

KarenD48 commented 3 years ago

I tried both chrome and Edge and both fail

toresenneseth commented 3 years ago

It's a bit difficult to help without more information than just "not working".

Do you have an error message or screenshot?

toresenneseth commented 3 years ago

Also, are you adding Date fields to the Rows bucket?

bsvavarssonInmeta commented 3 years ago

I have the same problem in one report. The page just "hangs" (Page not responding). Have tried in Chrome and Edge. And also in PowerBI desktop (Version: 2.95.983.0 64-bit (juli 2021)). No error message. The component seems to be working in other reports.

@bsvavarssonInmeta Please have a look at issue #222

KarenD48 commented 3 years ago

Yes

toresenneseth commented 3 years ago

@KarenD48 It's not actually supported, but it kind of "works" in previous versions because the value is converted to an unformatted string that you probably would not use in a report anyway.

We're adding proper support for dates along the row and column headers in v6, but in the meantime, you should create your own custom text formatted date fields in the data model and use that in the Rows bucket instead.

I'm trying to rebuild and it doesn't work whenever I try to add or hide a row??
