Hidden rows when I filter date range #523

Hi In our company we are happy with your app for our financial reports. Unfortunatelly, we have detected a bug, as you can see on the screenshots, on the left you can see all the accounting groups but after applying date filters selecting just October 2022 (see on the right) some rows has disapeared i.e. groups number 3,4,5 and 7. bug pl

This makes we cannot use any filter if we want to see all the rows. Can be fix in next version and when is planned please?

Hi,

Please take a look at this video that explains what is happening, and how to prevent it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z_RPrjEktcM&list=PLIKjDnkaTRYxmEMX0kb_zRcfVMYRTruD0&index=4&t=130s&ab_channel=Profitbase

Hi Anders,

Thanks for your answer. I saw the video and have now activated the option “show items with no data”. Is working just if I have one field “Account groups” in rows but not if I add the second level of rows “Account_code”(See Image 1) . The purpose is to be able to show all the Account_groups and account_code inside each group (Image 2). In the video you commented the feature created to show only accounts with value maintain ALL groups, in my case I don’t mind show all accounts but I need to maintain static the structure of all groups. Can be possible?
