Problem with expansion of hierarchy #537

HI, we are experiencing problems with the hierarchy changing depending on which month is selected. We wish to lock the structure regardless of the choice of time dimension.

see attached pictures. ex. In picture nr2, TB3:symbol appears to show that it is not expanded even though sublevel is shown.
