Hi Again, Another thing that is strange is that if you navigate between Jan and Feb a few times, the hierarchy for a row expands to the underlying level. I realy hop you can help me.

Hej igen Anders, No.. Jag var för snabb att svara. Strukturen fungerar fint så länge vi är på level 4 och har show items with no data påslaget. Men jag behöver en nivå till och den ligger i en separat dimension som du sa. Lägger vi in den så får vi felmeddelande om för många rader med inställning Show items with no data. Slår vi av den funktionen så fungerar inte strukturen igen då hoppar den fram och tillbaka. Så vi är i moment 22.

Hur kommer vi runt det? Måste propertyn show item with no data vara PÅ för att komponenten skall fungera?

The option "show items with no data" needs to be turned on in order for the structure to stay intact.

There is a limit on how much data can be added to the visual. If you add to much, you will have to apply a filter to reduce the amount of data (e.g. slice on department, time, market).

Another solution would be to add a separate page for all the details, and use that as a drill-through destination, meaning you can go from a summary table to a detailed page.

Last alternative is to upload a separate version of the visual to Organizational Visuals. We have one version with a much higher data limit, but it's not in AppSource due to potential performance issues (a lot of data => slow visual => not passing certification). Apart from the data limit, it's identical to the one currently in AppSource.

Vi har löst det på ett annat sätt. Det jag gjorde var att se till att alla attribut som man vill ha med i den hierarkiska strukturen finns i samma tabell. Dvs jag flyttade in Spec-KSB till kontoplan-tabellen. Så ProfitBase behöver förtydliga att den hierarkiska strukturen måste bestå av en och samma tabell som inte är faktatabellen. Då fungerar det bra. Äntligen. Mvh Rickard

Finns det någon möjlighet att använda conditional formating på radnivå? Ex. rött om negativt? Skulle även vilja lägga in iconer med trafikljus om möjligt. Hittar dock inte funktionerna.

Hi @B50RIV , In Edit mode, right click the column where you want to apply the formatting, and select "Add Conditional formatting":

Then chose the conditions, and select a style you want to apply where the conditons are true:

Finally format that style in the format pane:

Based on that, you will see something like this:

If you want icons, you can add a new column where you type in something like this:

You get icons by clicking the Windows-key and dot at the same time:

Win+.

However, the icons needs to be written in a notepad or someplace else, and then copied before they can be pasted in to the formula.

You get icons by clicking the Windows-key and dot at the same time:

Win+.

However, the icons needs to be written in a notepad or someplace else, and then copied before they can be pasted in to the formula.

Hi,

"Add column" is a premium feature. You can add a second measure, and use "Add column formula" on that measure to achieve something similar.
