Exporting to Power Point doesn't work #541

Hi

When I export to Power Point I get an error regarding licens, though we have bought a registered our licens on all reports and visuals. The licens is bought many years ago, and last renewed September 2023. We didn't have this error exporting our reports and visuals last month. We bought the licens directly through your website, I think.

Can you please help?
