Hi, I have the same issue. I refreshed an existing report and received the above shown error message today. Measures/ filters were not changed.

Thanks for the support.

Hi @hannah-katharina and @Mgvanzyl ,

Could you check one setting in the format pane for me? Go to Values, and Format. Then see if Outline is blank. If it is, please chose any one of the options, and navigate to a different report page and back again.

Please let me know if that solves it for you.

Best regards Anders

Hi @AndersAano , thanks for the proposal - still no luck unfortunately / did not work

AndersAano commented 3 months ago

@Mgvanzyl, Any chance you can send the file to pbi.visuals@profitbase.com, and we'll find the issue.

Best regards Anders

HI @AndersAano, I took the chance and update all the visuals with your proposal, and it worked.... Not sure which one it was, but the issue was with one of them, so on the right track... Will update if we narrow it down

hannah-katharina commented 3 months ago

Hi @AndersAano , hi @Mgvanzyl , changing the values settings didn't help.

However I checked the other settings as well. The outline in Row headers was empty- I now changed it to another setting and the error message is gone

PBI_error

.

thanks :)

Mgvanzyl commented 3 months ago

@AndersAano @hannah-katharina ,

Seems to be the below two that solved them all for us if you need to narrow them down

--> Column Headers --> Bottom Only --> Row Headers --> Formatting --> Bottom Only

Thanks for the help,

Cheers

Thank you both for your feedback! @hannah-katharina

@Mgvanzyl, in your last reply, where those fields empty as well?

@AndersAano I am also getting this error in my file. I tried changing --> Column Headers --> Bottom Only --> Row Headers --> Formatting --> Bottom Only but still have the error.

AndersAano commented 3 months ago

@conniecleary: In the format pane, try searching "outline" and scroll through the results looking for a blank field:

then make any selection in that blank field.
