Hi there, I just renewed the license as well and encountered the same issue. However, since I have used the visual, it appears that it is now linked to the email and no license key is required. What worked for me was removing the key from each profitbase visual, and the premium message disappeared. Just make sure you are using the same email on your Power BI app. I hope this works for you.
Also, I am hoping someone from profitbase confirms that the way I am using the visual is the correct one.

We are working on updating an API that will solve this. Let you know here once it's ready. In the meantime, you will need to place the key inside the visual itself.

In case you get an error message saying Server not responding, then wait a minute and try again.

Last time I used the Premium license, I downloaded the file from your website and inserted the premium licence and then imported it into Organizational visuals.
I just renewed the license and plan to update the organisational visuals. But I can't seem to get the license key to stick?
Have you removed the feature where you can download the premium version with the license key inside? :(
