Format Strings in Calculation Group are ignored certain injected rows #612

We are experiencing an issue with Format String through the Calculation Group. Users should be able to dynamically choose the currency format (Kr, Thousand Kr, or Million Kr). However, for some injected rows, the format string from the Calculation Group is ignored when a certain dimension row in the Y-axis doesn't exist for the corresponding column in the X-axis. See the example below and the pbix attached.
