User suggestion:

"Rare event - Tiberium Fallout. Tib growth rates are tripled(!) and Green Tiberium sprouts randomly across the map leading to a few new patches(low enough rate that it's only 1-3 more patches over a week long event). People outside without tib protection gear run the risk of tib infection. The fallout event is shorter than the Toxic Fallout."

An a bit more fleshed out idea of my Tiberian Winter event I once planned.

Good idea, yes or no?
