Describe your suggestion for a new command.

Users should be able to name a role themselves, which Progen then adds to the member. A user with moderation permissions can enter the command + add + the wishedrole and progen takes this role.

There should be an add and remove command. High roles should naturally not be added (as with the autorole command, this should not be technically possible).

I have created a new table in the database called Notify. The guildid and the roleid are stored there. In the next few days I want to implement the database in the command.
