@Jitexxxx Just to cover all of the bases here, does your new shop have at least 1 item created on Printify to copy from?

hi, I'm having the same issue. The uploader used to work well, then after subscribing to Printify Premium I started getting this problem. There are hundreds of products none of which show up anymore.
