Wishlist: checkcert_smtp_starttls #10

The existing checkcert_ssmtp wants to talk SSL to host:465.

Not all SMTP servers listen on port 465.

It'd be nice to have a check that talks SMTP on port 25, then asks the server to STARTTLS, then checks the cert.

Nagios has a check_smtp --starttls for this.
