Scrolling option

Issue: The big gap when a text scroll....

Suggestion: A scrolling effect like winamp, ie, at the end of the text, it goes 
backward. (beside that, it would be nice to add an option to sync two scrolling 
texts, for "effects"...due tu the way the screen is updated, even at the same 
speed, one is always going a bit faster than the other....)

This is now code-complete.

As plugins are rebuilt this new form of scrolling will become available but I 
don't want to push out all plugins that contain text objects (text / weather / 
nowplaying / webkit / monitoring / dataviewer / cursor) jsut to update their 
scrolling options.

Marking this as closed. If a plugin is not released before A17, all plugins 
will be rebuilt then anyway.
