Super Invisible Mode #33

Intermittently (never a good sign when a bug report opens with that word) at
startup LCDHost runs "hidden" but (a) doesn't successfully interface with the
G19 and (b) makes no entry on the system tray. As a result it is so hidden it
cannot be found apart from via the task manager.

I need to reproduce this somehow. Q's:
Hows the CPU usage for LCDHost when in that state? Is it spinning or just hung?
Does the log show anything? Is it even created?
Is there any indication that this is related to any plugin in particular?
Note: Using SysInternals Process Explorer, you can check which DLL's has been
loaded.
Get it at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals if you don't already
have it.

And strangely it stopped partway through the A15 life-cycle.

I'll call it closed as Invalid and reopen it if I see it again.
