DistPlugin: Confirmation option #50

I would like to have a new command line option to add confirmation to the 
distplugin deploy tool.

This would: 
(a) Cause the UI to appear with everything filled out
(b) Bring up a confirmation prompt "Deploy?" with yes/no buttons.

Clicking yes would deply and (if successful) close the tool.
Clicking no wold just close the tool

Why?
Because with QtCreator's new "Deploy" funcitonality it is trivial to add a 
distplugin step. That said, I don't like automating everything too much just in 
case - hence I want it to open up with everything filled out... and a 
confirmation box to appear.

This is very low priority. Deal with it whenever you fancy - there is no rush.
