Would be useful to know when data has been loaded and that the plugin is now in
a "ready" state. If an event could be triggered this would allow a loading
plugin to (a) fire off initialisation code and (b) attach any events that
shouldn't be triggered during the data loading (i.e. those that would be
unhappy if they were fired while the plugin was only part loaded).
Such an event should also fire when newly added to a page after initialising
it's default values.
