Bug on pph-exchange #172

Describe the bug The exchange command returns an unexpected response.

pph-exchange

returns this: The exchange rate for Locale 'en-US' is not available on this system. is Locale 'en-US' is not available on this system..

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. do a pph-exchange command.

Expected Behavior The command should respond with the correct exchange rate for the currency
