Error on Mark as Solved #198

Describe the bug Locking ans Bot Reply does not continue when an error occurs on appending [SOLVED] to the title upon clicking the Mark as Solved button

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a forum post with max character count for the title (100)
  2. Click on the mark post as Solved button

Expected behavior Title should have an appended [SOLVED] at the beginning and should be locked
