As a

Admin

I want to

Select a specific frequency on when the forum showcase will be triggered

In order to

Have finer controls on when the forum showcase should announce threads

Acceptance Criteria

[x] When doing /forum-showcase config, the admins must be able to set the frequency of the forum showcase trigger (See notes)

Notes

When the config sub command is selected, the admin must select select the day of the week when the showcase will be triggered
- Monday
- Tuesday
- Wednesday
- ... and so on
After selecting the day of the week, the next selection would be the time of the day.
