Acceptance Criteria

• [x] The ProgPhil bot must send a post or a link to reputable job hiring posts every specified time in General channel
• [ ] The scheduling must be configurable via admin commands
• [ ] The feature must be configurable to be enabled or disabled via command
• [ ] The bot must pull the job posting from a reputable site or source. Can be direct links to job posts, or job post summaries
• [ ] Document in the wiki
• [ ] Bot will mention a specific role whenever a job post message is created

If the task would include calling an external API that requires an account. Contact the POs to set up the account and obtain the necessary access. Prioritize free APIs as much as possible
