I can see some benefit to saving a user's answers for a warmup while they are working on it. This would allow them to refer back to the answers they have selected easily while working on the warmup. A student taking an introductory course may not know portions of the material very well, so saving the answers while they work on it present an opportunity as they work through the warmup to refer back to their previous answers for a better understanding of the overall code in the warm-up and help them on the next questions. I can see how saving the answers could be an issue if they will be used on labs and exams since students may use them to memorize and not actually learn the material. A potential fix to this solution would be to only save the answers while they work on it or turn it into some type of grade for the class, perhaps a participation grade to ensure that the students are actually working on the warm-ups. By doing this it presents another way to track their progress of how they are learning material.
