Since this summer, we are running Vaultwarden at https://pw.pvv.ntnu.no/. Intended use cases include securely storing and sharing passwords that are useful to members of Styret, Drift, PR and similar groups within PVV, as well as personal password vaults.
Before enrolling a lot of new users and passwords, some key users, such as active members of Drift and Styret, should research and get a grasp on how Bitwarden works, like how it is encrypted and how the clients work. Some of this information should be documented on the wiki for current and future users.
Documentation examples might include
A brief primer on why and how to use Bitwarden
How we manage organizations and add new members
Some must-have client configuration options
Password policies and guidelines
Bitwarden pitfalls (e.g. Do not use the "Send" feature)
