RadListView doesn't feel gestures on itself #1188

Describe the bug

RadListView doesn't feel gestures on itself.

To Reproduce

I was trying to set pan gesture on RadListView on itself not the contained elements but its not work, I have tried also to add touch gesture and make it empty but get the same result.

HI @KhalifaGad, I tested the described case on my side and was able to recreate the problem. I will mark this as a bug and we will investigate it further. Playground demo

Hi! Any updates on this issue? Running in to the same problems with Radlistview on Android.
