How to customize load on demand view - Angular #1358

Did anyone manage to override styles to load on demand view into Angular app? What I want to do is to remove the area with loading indicator, or move this indicator to the middle of the screen. Loading indicator allways appear under the last item, and there is blank space on the bottom if all items were loaded.
