[Feature] Grid Drag & Drop - Lock Left/Right #30

When doing a drag and drop re-order; my client would love to lock the x coordinates so that you can only move it up and down, not to the right or left while dragging and dropping/reordering.

This is a great idea for a future improvement of the current drag and drop feature of the RadListView. We will do our best to introduce this as soon possible.
