Which platform(s) does your issue occur on?

Both

Please provide the following version numbers that your issue occurs with:

nativescript-ui-calendar: 3.5 CLI: 3.4.2 Cross-platform modules: ~3.4.0 Runtime(s): 3.4.0

Please tell us how to recreate the issue in as much detail as possible.

  1. Open nativescript-ui-samples-angular app

  2. Navigate to Calendar > View Modes.

  3. Select 'Month names' from the Options menu.

  4. Click on any of the months.

  5. Select 'Month names' from the Options menu. Expect to open the 'Month names' view again but it stays on month. https://screencast.com/t/1yPzeFt5

  6. The same happens for 'Year' option.

Is there code involved? If so, please share the minimal amount of code needed to recreate the problem.

Might be a problem in the demo code.
