I'd vote for distribution tokens for people who are actually able pay gas themselfs
I also like their “Pull Over Push” method to distribute tokens to those who only pay their own gas to claim the “free money” — demonstrating that the users know how to interact with smart contracts and Dapps (normal airdrops can’t distinguish between normal account with ones in an exchange).
