From the user perspective, they want an "out-of-box" software product, instead of a source code+IDE. So we need an ANT script(IDE-independent) to create the launcher for both desktop PLP and web PLP.
Or, we can merge two launchers by setting up a selection window at the starting(Like a management interface). @sschava1 can work on this issue, and find a solution.
