Resolved issue #94 [Web] Add plp web repository to main PLP repository.
Previously, the migrated code only works for IntelliJ.
It also works for Eclipse now.
However, the Eclipse requires the developer install the Maven Plugin,
which takes a long time.
So, the IntelliJ IDE will be best choice for this project in the future.
For review suggestion, check out the code to your dev computer, verify you can successfully run the Web/Desktop version without any extra setup. Note, for the WebPLP it requires MySQL instance as prerequisite, this warning message and instructions will be provided by @tusharpandit18
