Potentially work with them to help Progcode members with mental health, self-care & wellness
Ellen M and Rachel discussed building a culture within an organization (notes on meeting to be posted transparently) CTZNWell is eager to come to a ProgCode hackathon at ThoughtWorks, and work with us to help us develop the DNA of ProgCode culture CTZNWell has scaling and tech issues that they need help with; ProgCode can give back by assisting them with this. Kerri shared some history and CTZNWell point of view on how to develop wellness and culture within an organization and really seemed to "get" where we are. We are excited about the possibilities and look forward to sharing and developing them together with ProgCode members.
