This addition to volunteer staffers handbook will provide guidelines on how to attend to volunteer staffers who would like to relinquish the resources allocated to them by ProgCode. The idea is to have a more collaborative offboarding that will encourage a smooth transition of resources.
This is a revision from a previous issue #177 in order to make the language and spirit of the change more collaborative.
Problem
There is no central policy / guideline on how to go about offboarding. We need to insert the idea of collaborative offboarding which will help both the folks who are moving aside and for those who are moving in, in a very smooth manner as possible.

This will instill the spirit of collaboration within the transition process.
