Description

Utilize 501(c)3 status to receive discounted/free software licenses for the community to use

Problem

Licenses are cost prohibitive, especially for small organizations and applications.

Benefit

We could receive discounts on licenses that could be leveraged by the broader community

Plan

The procedural part of this proposal is addressed, in part, by the requirements of Issues #198 and #236, which are applicable to ProgCode purchases and subscriptions.
