Is there any sort of template for partnership agreements atm? Could use that as a base for working on this draft.

Adding "Goals" in the outline.

You might be able to borrow some of the language we're working on for the Single Sign-On Terms of Service, Dave:

The below provides the initial brainstorm for key requirements for utilizing the ProgCode single sign-on solution. The purpose for this service is initially for removing money’s influence on politics, however long-term will serve as the backbone for future ProgCode organizational goals promoting global progressive improvement.Any organization, group, application, service, etc. adopting ProgCode SSO MUST: 1. Not be a publicly held for profit entity 1. Does not include LLCs, B-Corp, Co-ops and other member-owned organizations2. Be an open source application3. Adhere to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights 4. Drive user activity to unified, decentralized, user-controlled data back-end5. Promote general societal progress, specifically including:1. Democratic governance absent money’s influence; data/information democratization; net neutrality; factually driven, non-partisan media; educational advancement; space and technology advancement; planetary defense; educational access expansion; more equitable taxation; ubiquitous healthcare access; poverty lessening6. Not cause direct or indirect negative impact to the planet, including:1. Pollution and waste; products with negative health implications (e.g., cigarettes, unhealthy food); gambling and predatory services
