Brand identity pastel color pallette #22

Inspired by @PamelaJohn's review https://github.com/ProgressiveCoders/progcode-website/pull/20#pullrequestreview-141358227 and this proposed pastel pallette: https://github.com/ProgressiveCoders/progcode-website/issues/18#issuecomment-408703354

Using Blue, Purple, Yellow, Green, and white backgrounds:

This is beautiful, Oren. It might be nice to have the ProgCode logo superimposed over the background on the last page.

(I also tried the full logohead with name, but it seemed too busy -- made it hard for me to read news article titles)

Thank you @baisong! Everyone at the Ops meeting tonight agreed with your suggestions on the pastel color pallet and the logo design watermark vs. the complete logo (too busy).
