I'd be keen to help out on this. There isn't a good open source predictive dialler, and it's a pretty essential bit of kit for most campaigns.

Looks like first steps are 1) Fork the Repo 2) Make it white-label by default 3) Deploy a test instance 4) Simplify the deployment process

The suggested method of deploying (1 x performance dyno, 1 x app dyno) has super-high hosting costs ($300/month at least). When ImpactDialling was centrally hosted, this was amortised across all users of the app. If campaigns are deploying this just for themselves, we may need to work out something more cost effective
