I would like to help with this project if possible but I am still pretty new to programming. I am working on some other React projects so I am pretty familiar with React but certainly not an expert. I am also getting pretty familiar with Redux if that offers any value to this project's goals. If there is any way I can help, I will be happy to spend what time I can doing so. Just let me know.

Hi @gojutin ! I see you joined Slack, i just sent you an invite to our channel. Also in addition to the repo Dave linked to, make sure you check out https://github.com/phoneyourrep/phone_your_rep/ which is the repo for the front end code
